How is Garden Starter different from Turnkey?
Garden Starter suits small front or side gardens with a simple layout and an easy-care plant palette, and its starting price includes design. Turnkey is full custom design for larger or complex spaces, from about THB 350,000 plus a design fee.
How much garden does THB 150,000 cover?
It depends on soil, access and chosen materials. After the site visit the team tells you what area and items fit, with the full price before you decide.
Can I get just the layout and build it myself?
Yes. Choose Design Only, with design fees from THB 35,000.
After handover, life in the garden begins.
During design, we also ask who will care for the garden, how much time they have, and how they want to use it over the years. For construction work, handover, care guidance and follow-up terms are set out in the proposal.
Ongoing maintenance or a return visit for photography is discussed and arranged separately where appropriate.
