How much does garden lighting design cost?
A lighting concept for a small scope adds THB 12,000–25,000 to the garden design. Installation is quoted by number of points, cable runs, fittings and site conditions.
Does VELAYEN install the lighting?
Yes. In Design & Build projects our team installs to the agreed design, while circuits and electrical systems are designed, checked and signed off by a responsible electrician for safety.
Should lighting be done together with the garden?
Plan conduits and light positions while paving and planting, even if fittings go in later, so floors and plants do not need to be disturbed again.
Which fittings suit homes near the sea?
Choose outdoor-rated, corrosion-resistant fittings; ingress protection ratings should be specified by a specialist for each actual position.
After handover, life in the garden begins.
During design, we also ask who will care for the garden, how much time they have, and how they want to use it over the years. For construction work, handover, care guidance and follow-up terms are set out in the proposal.
Ongoing maintenance or a return visit for photography is discussed and arranged separately where appropriate.
