What we plan for
before choosing plants and materials
Sea wind and salt spray
Homes in Bang Saen, Pattaya, Jomtien and Rayong receive different amounts of salt spray depending on distance from the sea and wind direction. We put salt-tolerant planting on the exposed edge and choose corrosion-resistant materials and fittings.
Heavy rain and drainage
The rainy season brings intense downpours, and many estate homes sit on compacted fill or soil mixed with construction debris. We check levels, water paths and ponding spots before designing the planting.
Afternoon sun and heat
A seat facing the western sun is unusable without shade. We place trees, screens or roofs to match the hours you actually use the garden, and choose surfaces that do not store too much heat.
Estate rules and site access
Many estates have rules for fences, structures, working hours and material deliveries, and narrow side passages may require carrying by hand. We check these during the brief so budget and timing stay realistic.
Homes that are not lived in full-time
Holiday homes and pool villas need low-maintenance gardens. We choose plants that suit the site, plan irrigation with specialists, and hand over care notes a caretaker can follow.

Our main service area is Chonburi province (Si Racha, Bang Phra, Bo Win, Mueang Chonburi, Bang Saen, Ban Bueng), Pattaya, Bang Lamung, Sattahip and Rayong province. Projects in Bangkok, its surrounding provinces, Kanchanaburi and Khao Yai are considered according to scope and team availability.
Are there travel or site visit fees?
The first 20–30 minute fit call is free. A site consultation is THB 5,000–8,000 per visit. Travel outside our core area and any special items are always confirmed before you agree.
What budget do I need for a front garden in a housing estate?
Full turnkey projects start at about THB 350,000 plus a design fee from THB 35,000. With a smaller budget, start with Design Only and build in stages, improve selected areas, or phase the work from one master plan.
How should I choose plants for a home near the sea?
Separate the zones that face sea wind from those sheltered by buildings or windbreaks. Use salt-tolerant plants such as Pandanus, beach naupaka (Scaevola) or Manila grass (Zoysia matrella) on the exposed side, place more delicate plants behind them, and check soil and drainage before planting.
Do you offer care after the garden is finished?
We offer a post-occupancy garden review at THB 3,500–6,000 per visit with recommendations. Ongoing maintenance and extra planting are quoted by item, scope and actual frequency.
