Before you submit

You can view budget ranges and save a PDF without providing contact details. Your answers are not submitted until you select “Send brief to the team”.

When you submit a brief

We record your brief, area, budget, name, contact details and submission time so VELAYEN can assess the project, contact you and prepare a proposal. This does not confirm an appointment to carry out work or reserve a slot. Your details do not sign you up for marketing messages.

Who can access your information?

Information is stored in the website hosting service's database. Access is limited to the owner and team members according to their assigned responsibilities. Contact details are not displayed on public pages or in URLs.

Submission confirmation

After a successful submission, a necessary cookie lasts for seven days to display your reference on the same device. It is not used for advertising tracking.

Correcting your information

Send your reference to velayen.garden@gmail.com to request a correction or deletion of your brief. The data controller is Vela Design Company Limited, operating as VELAYEN studio. Use the email above for data enquiries. We use information for contact and project delivery and consider deletion when it is no longer needed; transaction records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

Website service

The platform may handle technical and sign-in information as part of its services. This website currently has no advertising trackers or payment system installed.
