Site visits and reporting are defined by the location and agreed scope, so designers and the site team work from the same information.

After handover, life in the garden begins.
During design, we also ask who will care for the garden, how much time they have, and how they want to use it over the years. For construction work, handover, care guidance and follow-up terms are set out in the proposal.
Ongoing maintenance or a return visit for photography is discussed and arranged separately where appropriate.
