Turnkey landscaping starts at about THB 350,000, separate from design. The real budget depends on the share of hard landscaping, demolition, soil, irrigation, lighting, tree sizes and site access.
A garden budget has two parts
The first part is the design fee, which buys clarity on layout, materials, planting and details. The second is the build cost — materials, plants, labour, systems and site management. Separating them makes quotes comparable and lets you decide one step at a time.

What pushes the budget up
- A high share of hard landscaping such as stone paving, paths, pergolas and ponds
- Removing existing work, disposal and regrading
- Fill soil that needs improving, or extra drainage
- Large trees that need machinery to lift
- Narrow access where materials must be carried by hand
- Automatic irrigation and garden lighting
If the budget is not there yet
Start with Design Only to get a master plan, then build in phases — for example the most-used paths and seating first, with service routes allowed for, and planting or decorative elements later. Every phase then follows one direction and nothing needs to be redone.
